Customer Service and Spare Parts:
To deliver the spare parts and other services to the costumers within the minimum period of time, we have trained personnel and an extensive inventory of spare parts for all of our burners.
All the burners sold within Iran are covered with insurance for two years. Also, the burners installed by authorized personnel or agents will be under full warranty of possible re-adjustment and service for three months, and spare parts warranty for 24 months from the time of installation.
